A Show Pilot with HGTV!

With the help of Talented Producer Michael Winter,  known for his work on Road Rules, House Hunters and Mancaves, my 4 brothers and I pitched a New England Style Family Renovation Show to be considered to join other popular family Reno shows such as Fixer Upper and Property Brothers.

After a few short interviews that began late last Spring, Michael Winter and his production crew visited us in our hometown of Acushnet, MA  where we gave them a brief history and tour of New Bedford and it’s surrounding communities that have kept our family business growing.

The show will be about keeping the authenticity and originality of these  historic homes while incorporating modern necessities to fit today’s lifestyle. It’s about the “Craftmanship” and the “Family” behind it. Our huge family with 11 siblings & 19 grandkids is a show in itself!

As I join my team of brothers and push their limits to think outside the box, our family bond is put to the test as we work together to face new challenges.

Tension flairs after they spend weeks doing all the heavy lifting and I use my artistic flair to try to steal the show.

The Sizzle Reel was submitted to the execs at HGTV. They have agreed to move forward to create a pilot.  We still have some big hurdles to jump and a long way to go but we are all very excited for the opportunity of what lies ahead.
